Convenient location near Alexandra Palace. Helpful and friendly staff. Allowed us to store our bags after checkout. Clean, spacious, and nicely decorated room. Definitely would stay again. 👍

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect, and they were spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. The full English breakfast was delicious, providing us with a great start to our day. The hotel's location was perfect, with the Manor House tube station just a short walk away, allowing us easy access to the Alexandra Palace and the center of the city.

Can't fault the hotel in any way.

I had an emergency stay and the hotel was just a few blocks away from my house. Despite the late hour, the staff was understanding and allowed me to stay in a smaller room for a few hours. They even helped me collect the keys from my husband.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with a large park just across the street and it was fairly close to the London center. The Piccadilly line underground station was just a few minutes walk away, making it easy to explore the city. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was modern and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. We also enjoyed having a kitchenette in our room, which allowed us to prepare simple meals. a fantastic experience!

The only downside was that the WiFi didn't work properly. It connected, but the internet was slow and unreliable.

We also found that there were two bus stops close by, allowing us to explore the city easily.
